Position Summary: The goal of the marketing officer is to assist the marketing team by performing a variety of tasks, such as creating content for social media, writing ad copy, defining target audiences for different marketing initiatives, proofreading, and editing marketing materials,
The marketing officers\xe2\x80\x99 stays informed about the market, industry trends, and the competitive landscape services, while helping strategize and implement marketing, branding, and advertising plans. Day to day work will be working alongside the marketing coordinator to create or coordinate content, track results, build relationships with services teams, and otherwise support all marketing strategies. Often, acts as the intermediary between creative and the outsourced technical companies.

Requirements:

• Education: Degree in any related field, preferably accountancy or business administration.
• Duration and type of Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a related field Preferably Hospital settings.
• Strong Graphic design skills required
• Flexible working hours

Essential Job functions and Key Accountabilities:

• Create social media content engaging text, image and video content as required.Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites, patient education materials with software such as photoshop.
• Report on online reviews and feedback from patients and fans
• Support the production of marketing materials.
• Track projects and team activities and assist in standardizing marketing materials.
• Follow up the posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics.
• Assist with all the graphic design needs
• Report to work on time as scheduled.
• Attend meetings and trainings as scheduled.
• Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
• Ensure compliance with all current departmental policies and procedures.

Competency Standards

• Professional experience in Graphic design and its different programming aspects
• Working experience with video and audio editing
• Professional English and language communication skills
• Work with different departments to develop social media accounts and enhance their online presence.
• Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and creative post
• Excellent knowledge and experience in Kanad HIS and all other software applications related to marketing and designing.
