. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting Falcon Laboratory's services, expanding market share, and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to promote Falcon Laboratory's services in the construction and infrastructure sector.
Identify and engage potential clients including contractors, consultants, developers, and government entities.
Prepare and deliver business proposals, quotations, and presentations to prospective customers.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct regular market research to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and client support.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings to represent Falcon Laboratory.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience
in sales or marketing within the
construction materials or related industries
(e.g., glass, pipes, facades, aluminum, or building systems).
Strong understanding of the construction and contracting market dynamics in the region.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
