Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. Manage social media accounts and create engaging content and maintain and grow the company's social media presence. Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities. Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals. Plan and organize promotional events and activities. Generate leads through digital platforms (Google Ads, SEO, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.). Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Prepare and manage the production of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters. Maintain and update the company's website.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 3 to 5 years experience in marketing or a related role preferably in the solar or energy sector. Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media platforms. Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills. Creative thinking with an eye for design and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe, Canva, etc.).
