Marketing Officer

to lead and execute our marketing initiatives, drive brand visibility, and support our property sales and leasing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute engaging marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels Manage and grow our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) Collaborate with sales to create marketing collateral and promotional materials Oversee content creation: property photography, video tours, testimonials Monitor and report on marketing performance and ROI Maintain and update website content and property listings Assist in planning open houses, property launches, and client events Stay ahead of market trends and consumer insights to refine strategies

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 2+ years of marketing experience (real estate industry a strong plus) Proficiency in digital marketing tools: Google Ads, SEO, email, social media Graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a big advantage Excellent communication skills -- written and verbal Strong project management and multitasking abilities A proactive, creative, and resourceful mindset
