We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a solid background in healthcare marketing and a proven ability to craft and implement effective marketing strategies. This role plays a critical part in boosting our brand visibility, attracting new patients, and driving overall business growth in a competitive landscape.

Role Overview


The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading all marketing activities at Al Jazeera Medical Center. This includes developing strategic marketing plans, managing digital platforms, and ensuring consistent and impactful brand messaging. Utilizing data-driven insights, the successful candidate will help position the medical center as a premier healthcare provider in Qatar, engaging our target audience through diverse marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities



Strategic Planning

: Design and execute a comprehensive annual marketing strategy aligned with the center's business goals.

Digital Marketing

: Oversee all digital channels--such as social media, SEO/SEM, website content, and email campaigns--to maximize reach and performance.

Brand Oversight

: Ensure consistent and high-quality representation of the Al Jazeera Medical Center brand across all platforms and materials.

Content Development

: Supervise the creation of engaging content including patient stories, health tips, videos, and promotional material.

Patient Growth

: Develop and implement lead generation and patient acquisition strategies to grow and retain the patient base.

Market Intelligence

: Conduct regular market analysis to uncover new opportunities, monitor industry trends, and better understand patient needs.

Cross-functional Collaboration

: Coordinate with medical and administrative teams to promote specific departments and services.

Budget Management & Reporting

: Manage the marketing budget efficiently, monitor campaign effectiveness, and deliver performance reports with actionable insights.

Qualifications & Experience



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline. A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, including at least 2 years within the healthcare or medical sector. Demonstrated success in planning and executing impactful marketing campaigns. Strong grasp of digital marketing tools, platforms, and performance analytics. Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strategic thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving. Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is highly desirable. Familiarity with the healthcare landscape in Qatar is a significant plus.
