Edraj properties is seeking a highly skilled, analytical, and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager & Media Buyer to elevate our brand and generate high-quality investor leads for our exclusive off-plan projects with major developers in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in both strategic campaign planning and hands-on media buying/optimization across all digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities: Performance & Acquisition:
1. Media Buying & Paid Campaigns (Core Focus)
Plan, execute, and manage all performance-driven PPC campaigns on Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Remarketing, focusing on real estate investors.
Lead all media buying efforts on social platforms (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn) to maximize lead quality, minimize cost per acquisition (CPA), and optimize ad spend ROI.
Continuously A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to achieve industry-leading conversion rates.
2. Digital Strategy & SEO
Develop and lead the overall digital marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with sales targets for exclusive developer inventory.
Oversee on-page and off-page SEO to improve organic visibility and secure top rankings for high-intent search terms.
Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring technical excellence, fast load times, and optimized user journeys.
3. Reporting, Analytics & Lead Flow
Utilize advanced analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Meta Business Suite, CRM dashboards) to track and analyze KPIs related to ad performance, lead quality, and sales conversion.
Provide detailed, data-backed reports to management, offering clear actionable insights for campaign optimization.
Oversee the integration between marketing platforms and the CRM system to ensure seamless and efficient lead handoff to the sales team.
4. Content & Creative Oversight
Work with creative teams/vendors to ensure all digital assets (video, graphics, copy) are optimized for campaign performance and reflect the luxury and exclusivity of our properties.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience specifically in media buying and digital performance marketing; direct experience in UAE real estate or the luxury sector is highly preferred.
Technical Mastery: Expert proficiency in managing large budgets across Google Ads (PPC) and Meta Business Suite (Facebook/Instagram Ads).
Analytical Prowess: Must be highly proficient in data analysis and reporting using Google Analytics and campaign manager dashboards.
Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and the ability to target international property investors effectively.
Mindset: Highly analytical, data-driven, results-focused, and comfortable with managing performance targets.
