Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote Alliance Ventura Holiday Homes.
- Lead a creative team in crafting engaging content for various channels, including online platforms and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with the unique offerings of our holiday homes.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape in the holiday homes market.
- Plan and execute events and promotions to enhance the visibility of Alliance Ventura.
- Analyze marketing metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in marketing within the holiday homes or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire a creative marketing team.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, content creation, and branding.
- Excellent communication skills to convey the unique features of our holiday homes.
- Ability to adapt to industry trends and changing consumer behaviours.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics, and project management.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
