Job Description

  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies aligned with the company\'s goals and target audience.
  • Conduct market research to understand consumer insights, market trends, and identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote the Hotel with collaboration with cross-functional teams including advertising, digital marketing, and creative agencies to develop compelling campaigns and creative assets.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing and project management teams to develop launch strategies, positioning, messaging, and marketing collateral for new product/service launches, and ensure seamless execution.
  • Create and manage communication materials including website content, social media posts, press releases, advertising materials, etc.
  • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships that align with the values and target audience.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, and conduct regular market research and gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform future strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, project management, customer experience, etc. to align strategies and ensure consistent representation throughout customer journey.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging communication technologies, and continuously enhance knowledge and skills through professional development opportunities.
