Job Description

Job Brief:

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that promote sustainable practices within the organization and its products/services. The role involves identifying with key stakeholders, including clients, customers, employees, partners, and suppliers to drive sustainable growth and increase brand reputation.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of sustainability best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that promote sustainable practices and enhance the organization\xe2\x80\x99s environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for sustainable innovation and develop products and services that meet customer needs while reducing the organization\xe2\x80\x99s carbon footprint.
  • Conduct research to identify market trends and best practices in sustainability and use this knowledge to inform the marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Engage with stakeholders to build trust and foster meaningful relationships that support the organization\xe2\x80\x99s sustainability goals.
  • Collaborate with other department to develop messaging and communication materials that effectively promote the organization\xe2\x80\x99s sustainability initiatives,
  • Develop and implement metrics to measure the impact of sustainability initiatives on brand reputation and customer engagement,
  • Manage partnerships with external organizations and industry groups to build a network of sustainability advocates and thought leaders.
  • Developing and managing budgets for marketing campaigns based on client needs and available funds.
  • Analysing sales funnels and clients\' intent, interpreting data, formulating reports, and making recommendations.
  • Reviewing online analytics reports to identify opportunities to improve campaign performance.
  • Measuring and creating performance reports for all digital marketing campaigns and assessing them against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Stay up to date with relevant regulations, industry standards, and emerging trends in sustainability marketing.
