The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that promote sustainable practices within the organization and its products/services. The role involves identifying with key stakeholders, including clients, customers, employees, partners, and suppliers to drive sustainable growth and increase brand reputation.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of sustainability best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies that promote sustainable practices and enhance the organization\xe2\x80\x99s environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for sustainable innovation and develop products and services that meet customer needs while reducing the organization\xe2\x80\x99s carbon footprint.
Conduct research to identify market trends and best practices in sustainability and use this knowledge to inform the marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Engage with stakeholders to build trust and foster meaningful relationships that support the organization\xe2\x80\x99s sustainability goals.
Collaborate with other department to develop messaging and communication materials that effectively promote the organization\xe2\x80\x99s sustainability initiatives,
Develop and implement metrics to measure the impact of sustainability initiatives on brand reputation and customer engagement,
Manage partnerships with external organizations and industry groups to build a network of sustainability advocates and thought leaders.
Developing and managing budgets for marketing campaigns based on client needs and available funds.
Analysing sales funnels and clients\' intent, interpreting data, formulating reports, and making recommendations.
Reviewing online analytics reports to identify opportunities to improve campaign performance.
Measuring and creating performance reports for all digital marketing campaigns and assessing them against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Stay up to date with relevant regulations, industry standards, and emerging trends in sustainability marketing.
