Marketing Manager

Job Description
ASM is looking to hire a Marketing Manager to be based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communication and marketing activities, developing brand awareness, creating and executing marketing plans through creative and initiative developments. Essential Criteria:
- Propose and manage the annual Marketing Plan
- Define and execute the marketing strategies and communication activities according to the marketing plan
- Actively work on promotions and marketing campaigns
- Work together with the company’s other commercial departments to analyse development areas
- Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads
- Collaborate with other teams to promote offerings
- Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies
- Track performance of all marketing campaigns
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 5+ years’ experience in marketing (preferably in Aviation industry)
- Creative and confident, with strong interpersonal skills and attention to details
- Strong verbal, written, presentation and organizational skills
- Resilient, have a passion for working in the dynamically growing aviation industry
- Ability to work well under pressure ensuring tasks are prioritized and goals are met
