Position Title: Marketing Manager - Travel and Tourism

Salary: up to 18K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

A Dubai-based travel company with more than 20 years of experience delivering exceptional holiday experiences worldwide.
:
- Design and implement targeted marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to the travel and tourism market, including seasonal promotions, destination highlights, and package offers. Manage the marketing budget, including vendor and agency contracts, to ensure effective allocation of resources and ROI optimization.
- Lead a multidisciplinary marketing team of 8, covering digital marketing, design, and support roles.
- Drive digital marketing efforts using platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, and CRM tools to generate leads, nurture customer relationships, and enhance customer experience across multiple touchpoints.
- Execute marketing campaigns end-to-end content creation, digital ads, events, and PR initiatives with a focus on travel products and services.
