Marketing Manager - Tenant Partnerships

The SuperApp tenant partnerships business line is looking for a seasoned marketing professional who will be responsible to drive growth for third-party tenant partner businesses leveraging the whole range of marketing tactics and strategies.

Key responsibilities:

  • Co-define the value propositions of the partner program as a whole and of individual partner services in conjunction with the commercial teams
  • Translate core commercial objectives and value propositions into marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Liaise with marketing specialist teams at Careem as well as partner marketing teams to implement the designed strategy and execute campaigns
  • Carry out market segmentation for each partner service and own the acquisition, engagement and re-engagement journeys leveraging both internal and external channels
  • Track and report on the marketing spend and campaign performance, roll out channel / content experiments to improve comms performance and marketing RoI
Skills/experience needed:
  • Customer-centric approach: ability to make decision based on structured and unstructured user insights
  • Data driven
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and articulate a highly successful and innovative marketing plan, and to deliver them with a high quality bar
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in complex operational environment to execute on the plans in collaboration with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to build processes and scale fast to work efficiently and effectively with multiple stakeholders (both internal and external) with a range of communication and influential skills
  • Committed to deliverables, positive 'can do' attitude, collaborative team player
  • 5-7 years of work experience in consumer-facing businesses, ideally with 3 years in the tech/eCommerce industry
