The Position

As a Marketing Manager in Novo Nordisk, you will be responsible to Lead the marketing team to drive, develop and implement the Marketing Strategy, strengthening our local initiatives, and setting strategic directions for the brands/projects. lead brand development through the organizational resources and product marketing processes within the product portfolio. Follow-up on launches, marketing programs, and sales execution with internal stakeholders to achieve short- and long-term business objectives. Your main responsibilities will include:

Leading and Coaching People, by developing and training the PM team, Design, monitor, and execute the marketing strategy. Communicate the marketing program to internal stakeholders and implement campaigns. Maintain and develop relationships with target customers and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

We are expecting you to have a relevant academic degree in medical or business, English proficiency, both written and spoken, and the below skills and knowledge: Minimum of 5-6 years in the pharmaceutical industry with 2-3 years in marketing and product management. Deep knowledge of the current pharmaceutical and diabetes market situation. Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across functions and departments, with excellence in written and verbal communication skills. Experience in stakeholder management.

About the Department

In the GLP-1 we are a young, passionate energetic Business Unit, consist of sales, marketing and medical members full of enthusiasm to help people with diabetes in private and public sector, bringing a positive impact on their lives to achieve better health through superior oral and injectable products and solutions.
