To lead all consumer-facing creative development to build on the brand story to attract talent and partners to Marjan.
Develop strategies and tactics to assist in generating new qualified investors interest
Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis in order to generate greater brand awareness
Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
Manage social media channels for awareness or the corporate brand and destinations
Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry marketing and PR players, agencies and vendors
Analyze and see the need for new or updated marketing and sales material
Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds accordingly
Develop, oversee and approve marketing materials, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against set goals/KPI\xe2\x80\x99s
Identify, develop and deliver targeted events/conference participation both domestically and international to assist in the promotion of the brand and products
Provide guidance and oversight to the Senior Graphic Designer
Prepare and deliver marketing plans aligned to key objectives
Involve key stakeholders for product at each stage of campaign, and reporting results once completed
Generate and execute marketing campaigns across social media platforms
Generate reports for digital marketing campaigns using data-based analytics tools and also presenting this data in an easy-to-understand format
Source advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press, radio or TV as appropriate to the product or service
Manage the PR agency
