This position will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive Marketing & Communications Strategy aligned with Alrais' business goals and brand visions to drive revenue, acquire customers, and enhance brand recognition. It involves ensuring the coherence and strength of our brand message across various channels and marketing endeavors.
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Identify target markets, customer segments, and key value propositions.
- Develop strategic plans to promote brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer acquisition.
Campaign Planning and Execution:
- Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
- Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and agencies to ensure campaign success.
- Pre and post-analysis of the campaigns to ensure full optimization effectiveness of the marketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve goals.
Brand Management:
- Oversee and elevate the company's brand identity, positioning, and messaging.
- Create brand standards and uphold brand uniformity across all marketing materials and platforms.
- Monitor brand perception and sentiment and take corrective actions as necessary.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct market research, customer surveys, and competitive analysis to identify market trends and customer preferences.
- Use insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics and gain a competitive edge in the market.
