About the Role:

Property Shop Investment is launching an exciting new real estate project in Abu Dhabi, and we're seeking a dynamic, results-driven

Marketing Manager

to lead and execute the marketing strategy from the ground up.

This is a strategic role that blends creativity, analytical thinking, and leadership. You will be responsible for driving brand visibility, generating leads, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels to support the successful launch and sustained momentum of this new project.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute

a comprehensive marketing strategy for the new project, aligned with PSI's overall business goals.

Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns

(digital, print, social, events, PR) to build awareness and drive qualified leads.

Coordinate with internal teams

(Sales, Design, Digital) and external agencies for campaign development and execution.

Oversee branding and messaging

for the new project, ensuring consistency across all platforms and materials.

Manage media planning and buying

, including negotiations with advertising and media vendors.

Track, analyze, and report

on campaign performance, making data-driven decisions for optimization.

Lead the marketing budget

for the project, ensuring cost-efficiency and ROI on all activities.

Support events, launches, and exhibitions

, both local and regional, to promote the project and engage stakeholders.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities,

and customer behavior to identify new marketing opportunities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred). 5+ years of experience in real estate marketing, preferably in the UAE market. Proven track record of leading successful marketing campaigns for property developments or real estate projects. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and social media advertising. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
