We are looking for a Marketing Manager responsible for developing, executing, and monitoring marketing programs across a variety of channels aligned with marketing & brand strategy. While focusing on distribution, display, promotion and price. Senior marketer shall analyze competitive price movements, display status, competitive promotions, sell-out data and direct the sales teams to take action monthly. This position may also help with the coordination of events such as trade shows or conferences.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics
Develop EV digital & technology platforms and social media channels to be prepared to meet the future by being a major sales channel and customer interface (E-Commerce)
Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media
Manage all public relations activities
Perform frequent customer segmentation analysis identifying the targeted customers' profiles for each product
Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an ongoing basis
Build relationships with thought leaders to grow industry awareness
Maintain a keen understanding of the organization’s trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them
Implement strategy within the marketing department, events and sponsorship management
Manage and develop the communication assets
Maintain company intranet site and internal marketing pages
Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from idea to execution
Requirements
Bachelor degree as a Minimum
BA/MA degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or any related discipline
10+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the lubricants industry
Proven working experience in public relations required
Proven track record designing and executing successful public relations campaigns at both a local and national level
Strong relationships with both local and national business and industry media outlets
Experience in acting as a company spokesperson; comfortable and skilled in both broadcast and print media interviews
Solid experience with social media including blogs, Facebook, Twitter, etc
Event planning experience
