Job Description

Our client is a wholesale building material trading company. They offer total solutions for construction building and general industry, representing a range of high quality products from around the world. They represent around 6-7 brands in Kitchen equipment, interior design products in Oman. Currently, we are hiring a Marketing Executive / Manager for our client based out of Muscat, Oman, who will be responsible for managing complete marketing activities from scratch. The ideal candidate should possess industry knowledge, digital marketing expertise, and a knack for driving online engagement and sales within the building material sector. Responsibilities: Digital Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals, focusing on promoting building material products to targeted audiences. Content Creation and Management: Create engaging content (text, images, videos) for various digital platforms such as websites, social media, and email campaigns. Manage content calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging. SEO and SEM Implementation: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and oversee search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to enhance online visibility and drive traffic. Social Media Management: Manage and maintain social media profiles/pages, create and implement social media campaigns, monitor analytics, and engage with the audience to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. Email Marketing: Develop, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and promote product offerings. Website Management: Collaborate with web development teams to ensure the website is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions. Implement strategies to improve user experience and drive sales. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze campaign performance, and generate reports to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization. Partnership and Collaboration: Identify and establish partnerships with influencers, industry-related websites, and affiliates to expand brand reach and credibility. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, digital marketing tools, and best practices, implementing innovative strategies to stay ahead in the competitive landscape. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing within the building materials or construction industry is advantageous. (Female candidates preferred) Should carry prior experience working as an Individual contributor. Got the ability to do things from the scratch. Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, social media platforms, content management systems (CMS), and email marketing platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative marketing ideas. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
