As Marketing Manager (m/f/d) you will manage a small remote team and be the functional lead for all marketing contacts in MEA & APAC. With several years of experience in a B2B construction/industrial environment, or similar agency background, you have a track record of successfully implemented communication projects. You are enthusiastic about developing and implementing your various marketing & communication projects as well as working together with multiple stakeholders in a complex and demanding international environment.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
Take responsibility of the annual marketing and communications plan in alignment with the company's strategy in the MEA & APAC region
Support country organizations with day-to-day marketing requirements (digital marketing activities, leaflets and brochures, office branding, events, etc.)
Write and/or proofread content for social media, thought leadership pieces, press releases, website, employee magazine, intranet and other communications-related projects
Develop and execute social media strategy with content planning and creation (text, visuals, video) as well as community management for social media channels, in particular LinkedIn
Experience working with corporate brand and communication guidelines
Support further development and content management of the company websites and Online Shops in the defined area
Increase customer loyalty and create positive brand experiences by direct interaction with the relevant target groups (trade fairs, customer trainings, webinars, etc)
Oversee and allocate the defined marketing budget
Enable continuous best-practice sharing within the area and with Corporate Marketing
Actively obtain and work with market knowledge and insights for strategic developments
Conceptualise and drive implementation of customer satisfaction analysis and market studies in alignment with sales
Regular monitoring of marketing measures and related KPIs, and optimization if necessary
Report to Head of Sales
To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:
University degree in Communications, Marketing or Business Administration
Intercultural understanding, ideally across the Middle East Africa and Asia Pacific area
B2B Marketing experience is a must, ideally from the construction/industrial sector, or similar
Excellent communication skills required in English (native speaker level with proof-reading ability), German language would be an advantage
Knowledge and curiosity of digital marketing trends and tools (Google Analytics, Social Media Publishing tool, Website CMS)
Ability to prioritise and manage stakeholders at all levels in a collaborative yet confident manner
Proactive, customer-focused, creative individual with a solution-oriented attitude
Ability to handle multiple demands efficiently, while being organised and maintaining high attention to detail and professionalism
Ability to manage remote teams and to work across multiple time zones
Ability to evaluate capabilities of agencies and vendors and manage them to obtain optimal results
Willingness to travel on a regular basis
