Education / Certifications:


Scientific, medical and/or business management background at Batchelor or master's level MBA preferred, and / or other approved Post Graduate marketing qualification

Experience:

Minimum of 7 years related experience within a pharmaceutical company. Experience in the MEA markets required & Oncology/Rare disease experience would be preferred.

Languages:

English, both verbal & written Ideally a second language, with Arabic or French preferred

Key Technical Competencies Required

Ability to lead in, & across, matrix organizations Understanding of all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies with proven experience in customer and market research compliance Possesses solid communication skills, including the ability to interface across geographies and functions within Ipsen as well as with customers. Good numerical & business acumen skills * Proficient use of MS packages, especially Excel & PowerPoint
