**What You'll Do**

• Develop and execute regional marketing strategies for the Blue brand, including tactical and corporate campaign planning
• Drive brand awareness, loyalty, and engagement through targeted customer-centric initiatives
• Oversee performance-based marketing frameworks to measure ROI and optimize campaign impact
• Coordinate seamlessly with digital, media, and creative teams for integrated marketing executions
• Analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive insights to shape marketing direction
• Manage agency partnerships and internal stakeholders across multi-country implementations
• Lead in-store branding alignment and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints
• Foster a high-performance marketing team through structured KPIs, development, and engagement
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, governance standards, and brand integrity

**Ideal Profile**

• 10-15 years' experience in marketing and brand strategy, including at least some advertising agency background
• Strong exposure to loyalty programs, retail customer engagement, and omnichannel campaigns
• Proven success in multi-market strategy rollouts with regional customer insights
• Experience influencing senior leadership through data-backed proposals and campaign outcomes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic thinker with operational execution capability
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field required; Master's preferred
