Together our cross-disciplinary teams are iterating, experimenting and revolutionizing the retail industry, by building a fully fledged multi-brand marketplace for fashion & beauty. Our mission is to become the number one destination for the latest shopping trends in the Middle-East with a unique customer-focused, omnichannel shopping experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a brand and audience-segmented content strategy with the objective of increasing brand strength (salience, awareness, consideration and brand buzz) across all the markets we are operating in.
So, what will your day look like with us? You will:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate revenue.
  • Manage conception, development, and implementation of marketing plan and strategies (including marketing calendar) and promotional programs to drive interest and ROI across all organic channels.
  • Analyze and report on marketing metrics, including conversion rates, website sessions, social media engagement, and website CTR.
  • Actively pursuing Partnerships with external entities and project managing all partnerships from conception to execution.
  • Proactive communications across all partner activities, including the appropriate communication tracking both internally and externally.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including brand acquisition, growth, and operations to create an effective and efficient marketing strategy focused on growing audiences for our products and services.
  • Developing relevant content (think - presentations) to create programme pitches to external brands & potential partners.
  • Monitor and report on competitor activity and market trends to ensure the company stays ahead of the competition.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets and industry influencers to generate positive PR and increase brand visibility.


What we are looking for:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in ecommerce or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing metrics, KPIs and OKR\'s
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable with: fast pace, learning by doing, 100% accountability for results, communicating and establishing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience managing a team of marketing professionals.
  • Knowledge of site-layout and SEO based content planning
