Job Description

In coordination with other members (Marketing, MarCom & Commercial Excellence) and the sales team, you will be responsible to monitor, maintain, recommend, and implement marketing strategies related to Connected offers portfolio products to profitably grow it in line with business objectives. This key position is responsible for growing the business by developing the product offer, analyzing the market, pricing, competitors and providing support to the commercial teams. The Connected offers Offer Manager is responsible for the growth of the business in terms of offer sales, margins, delta price and market share gain, reporting to the Home & Distribution division within FSA&I cluster. As such, you will mainly be responsible for: · The marketing mix of the Connected offers · New offer launches or boosting plans in the dedicated geographies · Offer price positioning. Hold responsibility and control on pricing and profitability for his offers · Translate / localize launch packages. Provide support to sell: catalogues, sales argue, promotion, event, tools with the marcom teamaEUR · Train (Technical) Sales Force & Customer · The commercial policy and value proposition · The execution of the transformation plans in coordination with the Sales, & Marketing, Marcom teams Your Daily Task And Responsibilities

As part of H&D marketing team at a key and exposed role, the Connected offers marketing manager will focus on offer management, development and performance in FSA&I cluster. We have very big ambitions and need to leverage strategic plans.

The Connected offers marketing manager for FSA&I Cluster will: · Implement offer marketing plans including all necessary actions to boost cross divisions offers. · Interact with the relevant stakeholders in the corporate business divisions · Organize trainings of the Sales Force and Customers · Support Sales team to define technical solutions · Define and organize customer journeys and Go to Market, also according to our digital strategy · Actively participate in, administration, support to sales: catalogues, sales arguments, promotions, events, tools etc. Follow and analyze orders/sales & action plans results for the channel.
