- The role requirements include all areas of marketing activities conducted by Marketing activities comprising holding events, ATL advertising, social media activations, digital marketing, content creation etc.
- Support in the content creation & execution of the yearly plan for all marketing & PR activities for Lotus in the MEAI markets.
- Assist in Creating/Maintaining a synergetic relationship with our partners, agencies and vendors.
- Responsible for, providing feedback, and leading marketing activities.
- Plan and execute all types of events.
- Utilize UCRYO brand tie ups based on a thorough understanding of benefits entitled in the partnership and best practice to provide added value to the Lotus brand.
- Responsible for executing media planning activities across digital and offline channels.
- Assist in establishing processes with the agencies on reporting and ROI measurement for business optimization.
- Setting KPI targets for all marketing PR activities to hit sales targets.
- Generating new leads to fill KPI targets and access to new prospects in new segments.
- BA/BS Degree. Post graduate degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in UAE markets.
- Driving License is preferable.
- Experience in a marketing function preferably Wellness, Fitness.
- Experience in events, digital marketing, and social media/content creation, social media and web analytics (e.g. WebTrends).
- Energetic, proactive, and self-driven by passion to the career and industry
- Attentive to details and driven to perfect all aspects of work involved in
- People oriented, able to establish positive relationship with work peers based on mutual respect and common goals.
- Clear communicator internally and to external partners and stakeholders.
