TLM's next Marketing Manager will be responsible for the design, planning, development, and implementation of a cohesive & strategic marketing campaign for the TLM Group. Lead partner engagement and lead generation campaigns in the B2B space, enhance brand awareness and our market position in the region, and ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones.
What We're Looking For
5+ years experience in a marketing role
Self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong knowledge of marketing tactics and best practices
Ability to coordinate with freelance and agency talent
Outstanding communicator and creative thinker
Experience with CRMs and other marketing automation tools for reporting analytics and campaign execution
Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy

Role Responsibilities
Proactively own and implement the region-specific marketing plan for partner acquisition and expansion. Managing, implementing, and evaluating marketing campaigns across channels social media, SEM, advertising, emails, etc.
Lead growth and retention strategies for TLM’s distribution business and serve as the connective tissue between vendor and business development teams; identify winning tactics to boost partner engagement and growth across multiple channels.
Take care of activities along the partner journey, from partner acquisition to enablement and community building (e.g. webinars, brand events, update calls, website content generation, newsletter)
Use omni channel marketing best practices to generate and accelerate pipelines.
Establish and monitor both KPIs & ROIs of all marketing campaigns in an accurate & timely manner, and report on the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
Managing agencies and freelancers including graphic specialists to create a diverse range of print and digital media. Co-ordinate the appearance of all company print/digital material such as branding, letterhead, use of logo, brochures, email signatures and all in house marketing/giveaway products and loyalty campaigns
Brainstorming fresh advertising ideas with senior management and engage our sales force to build an inclusive marketing plan
Take ownership of our digital marketing & social media platforms ensuring all platforms are current, in line with brand guidelines and overall company vision and within regulatory guidelines
Using our customer database and segmenting to plan, create and execute targeted email campaigns.
