In this role you will collaborate with the Director of Sales & Marketing in preparing the annual hotel marketing plan, communication plan, budget and fully integrated marketing campaigns, for Rooms, F&B and C&E, in line with the departmental standard, with relevant buy in from all stakeholders
Responsibilities:
Responsible to develop and execute the marketing, social media and PR strategies for the hotel to increase brand awareness and maximize revenue through different channels
Lead the Marketing & PR team to ensure growth in skill as well as optimization of the workload
Drive projects related to photography and video shoots in adherence to brand style guidelines
Managing online channels and guest comments' replies to drive guest sentiment online revenue and reputation
