CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER In this position, you are responsible for planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising, maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels and measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital platforms and campaigns.
Passionate customer advocacy
Hands-on experience with CRM and SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Ad words, HubSpot, Web Trends, Sales Force, etc.
In-depth knowledge of big data analysis
In-depth knowledge of branding, building and managing a brand
Regularly produce and present reports
Understanding of marketing budgets, creating budget proposals and managing the department budget

Responsibilities and Duties: 1. Develop and maintain the brand identity and communication strategy across product portfolio 2. Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns 3. Build and execute monthly marketing plans worked on from an annual marketing calendar. 4. Calculate budget requirements for the same and align with management 5. Design, build and maintain our social media presence, along with PR for company across all markets 6. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) 7. Plan campaigns with coupons, giveaways or contests to bring attention to and create interest in one of the organization\xe2\x80\x99s products or services 8. Drive revenue by increasing sales through marketing activities 9. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights 10. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies 11. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests 12. Build strategy and deliver online growth across markets, with both app and website focus 13. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience 14.
