Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic
Marketing Manager
with proven experience in the
healthcare sector
to lead our marketing initiatives in
Abu Dhabi
. This role demands a storyteller, a strategist, and a strong executor who can drive brand growth, patient engagement, and digital presence with a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Develop & Execute Strategy:
Craft and implement integrated marketing strategies tailored for the healthcare sector, aligned with business goals.
Brand Management:
Elevate brand visibility and reputation across traditional and digital platforms.
Digital Marketing & Social Media:
Lead SEO/SEM, content creation, and online campaigns targeting patients, partners, and stakeholders.Design and launch multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote services, events, and community health initiatives.Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to improve patient communication, experience, and retention.Analyze healthcare market trends, competitors, and patient demographics to identify growth opportunities.Allocate and monitor marketing budgets effectively, ensuring ROI-driven spending.Work closely with internal departments, external agencies, and healthcare professionals to maintain consistent messaging.

Fluent in
English
(Arabic is a plus)
