Marketing Manager For Marble & Granite
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target construction projects across Dubai that require marble and granite supply.
Build and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, architects, project consultants, and real estate developers.
Visit construction sites, offices, and exhibitions to promote showroom products.
Present product samples, prepare quotations, and follow up on client inquiries.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with the internal team for order execution and delivery timelines.
Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences.
Report daily/weekly activity to the showroom manager or company owner.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the construction or building materials sector.
Knowledge of marble, granite, and other natural stones is highly preferred.
Strong network in the construction industry in UAE or willingness to build one quickly.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
