I am delighted to be working with a market leader in the Events & Exhibitions industry with an impressive global portfolio of close to a 100 exhibitions per year. My client is looking to hire a Marketing Manager with proven Exhibitions experience to design and deliver successful marketing campaigns for exhibitions, conferences, awards, and digital products.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and implement an integrated marketing strategy for the construction portfolio (including exhibitor, conference, and visitor campaigns, as well as special events)
Set out and monitor the entire budget, drop schedule, and media plan
Use the full marketing mix to promote the exhibition and workshops by the marketing strategy and overall business objectives
Identify the target universe and key segments within the target universe
Develop personas, value propositions, and messaging for each of the key segments
Develop and deliver Content Calendar through relevant channels (email marketing, social media, digital marketing, etc.)
Ensure show websites are fully up to date with latest information in accordance to campaign cycle
Maintain active social media channels in line with market expectations, monitor engagement and maximize conversion
Strategic database build.
Work with internal teams to ensure data governance and data management policies are adhered to
Manage PR agency in co-ordination with the Exhibition Director
Use all media tools such as social platforms, explore new marketing channels
Copy write and proof all marketing materials in line with the content calendar and messaging
Update and adhere to agreed marketing budget.
Analyse previous marketing campaigns and KPI\'s to execute targeted data/campaign selections
Analyse and report trends over time and use these insights to build more effective campaigns
Identify appropriate media partners and associations and negotiate barter deals to maximize event exposure
Monitor campaign performance, produce relevant and timely reports and recommend changes to campaign execution based on data insights
Monitor and adjust digital marketing activity based on performance metrics
Use GA & Power BI (and other analytics dashboards if needed) to monitor & report campaign performance
Qualifications:
\xc2\xb7 Proven experience in the exhibitions industry is mandatory for this role- you will not be considered if you do not have a background within Exhibitions \xc2\xb7 Strong Marketing experience with excellent interpersonal skills
Salary & Benefits:
\xc2\xb7 This role is budgeted at AED 16,000-18,000 per month \xc2\xb7 Bonuses are offered on a discretionary basis \xc2\xb7 Medical insurance and annual flight tickets
