FULL TIME MARKETING MANAGER We require an experienced, confident and diligent Marketing manager for our clinics in Dubai. Must have:

Prior marketing experience in the Aesthetics / medical clinics industry or similar field is mandatory (min 1 year in UAE).
Familiar with Marketing CRMs, with special emphasis on HUBSPOT.
Demonstrate ability to scale a business, increase CTRs, and boost conversion rates.
Monitor and work with own team plus external agencies.

Lead and manage our customer service team, ensuring swift, precise responses to client inquiries, strong sales knowledge and achieving high conversion rates.
Critically analyze, identify issues, and propose strategic solutions to enhance the performance of paid advertisements on Google and META platforms.
Lead and control Agencies specializing in Lead Generation, SEO, PR, and Content Creation.
Implement and manage influencer marketing campaigns and PR initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
Technical knowledge of CRMs, especially HubSpot, to manage and optimize database and marketing automations.
Initiate and execute marketing strategies that foster lead generation, conversion, customer retention, and repurchases.
Ensure compliance with policies and regulations governing advertisements across different platforms specific to the Aesthetics industry.
Drive business growth through the enhancement of click-through rates (CTR) and increasing conversions.
Monitor performance of SEO and SEO agency to ensure consistent top positions for all relevant keywords
