Seafront Properties LLC is a real estate company in Dubai, specializing in luxury residential and commercial properties by the sea. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and drive our marketing efforts to new heights. Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to promote Seafront Properties\'s real estate properties and services. This role involves creating comprehensive marketing campaigns, overseeing digital and traditional marketing channels, and managing a team of marketing professionals. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate marketing, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding results. Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company\'s goals and objectives, including brand positioning and market segmentation.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, print, outdoor, and digital advertising.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including copywriting, graphics, videos, and other marketing materials, to promote properties and services.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies and improve offerings.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and achieving desired ROI.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, generate reports, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Partnership Development: Build and maintain relationships with external partners such as advertising agencies, media outlets, and industry influencers.
  • Events and Promotions: Plan and coordinate events, open houses, and promotional activities to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
  • Compliance: Ensure all marketing materials and activities comply with local regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a master\'s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in the real estate industry, preferably in Dubai or the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, and PPC.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with local regulations and market trends in the real estate industry.
