Modern Space Building Contracting LLC is in need of a Marketing Manager (Digital Marketing/Forecasts, Planning, Budgets and Social Media Campaigns with great content to generate leads). Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business goals and objectives.
- Create, optimize, and manage high-quality, engaging content across various digital channels, including blogs, social media such as twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, SMS blast & email marketing, Google business account and website content.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, instagram ads, LinkedIn ads, TikTok ads, Pinterest posts etc.), including budget management, keyword research, and performance analysis.
- Monitor and enhance the website SEO to improve organic search rankings and drive organic traffic growth.
- Manage and grow our online media presence, including content creation, posting schedules, and community engagement.
- Regularly analyze campaign performance data, generate insightful reports, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities to optimize website and landing page designs to improve conversion rates.
- Manage the digital marketing budget efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI for all campaigns and initiatives.
- Social Media platforms must be constantly updated with our current ongoing projects as well as new ideas.
- Must have experience as a marketing manager.
- Experience in content creation video editing and Photoshop.
- Strong communication skills.
- Motivated, positive, energetic , team player.
- Ability to work with little to no supervision and track multiple processes. (Conduct data analysis over a given period).
- Accountability.
- Proven track record of success.
