Package: 15,000 - 20,000 AED per month, plus benefits

Embark on a unique opportunity to shape the marketing landscape for two highly anticipated, upscale restaurants set to open in the heart of Dubai-Downtown. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager with a proven track record in successfully launching and promoting high-end restaurants in Dubai.

Responsibilities:
  • Pre-Opening Strategy:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for the pre-opening phase, generating excitement and anticipation in the market.
  • Collaborate with the management team to define key messaging, brand positioning, and target audience.
  • Brand Building:
  • Establish and strengthen the brand identity for both restaurants, ensuring a consistent and compelling narrative across all marketing channels.
  • Work closely with design and creative teams to develop marketing collateral that aligns with the brand vision.
  • Digital Marketing:
  • Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Utilize SEO and SEM strategies to optimize online visibility and drive traffic to digital platforms.
  • Public Relations:
  • Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets, influencers, and industry partners.
  • Plan and coordinate press events, tastings, and other activities to generate media coverage and positive reviews.
  • Event Marketing:
  • Conceptualize and organize pre-opening events, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to create memorable experiences.
  • Leverage events to build awareness, engage the community, and attract potential patrons.
  • Market Research:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer preferences.
  • Analyze competitor activities and consumer feedback to refine marketing strategies.
  • Budget Management:
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and a high return on investment.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in the pre-opening phase of high-end restaurants in Dubai.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Dubai culinary scene and a successful track record in positioning and promoting upscale dining establishments.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and online consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing initiatives.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
