What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing - Inspire and drive the marketing team, ensuring operational excellence in strategy execution - Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and optimal marketing practices through continuous market research - Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase sales and to attract and retain staff - Stay competitive by implementing creative and forward-thinking concepts - Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns using relevant metrics and tools, and adjust strategies accordingly - Coordinate and implement digital marketing initiatives such as SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing
