Full job description Duties and responsibilities: Prefferably Arab

Good at establishing and maintaining business relationships and networking
Determine the client\'s wants and financial capacity, then offer solutions that satisfy those needs.
Learn the company\'s products and services offerings, features, and pricing.
Communicate with clients to understand their sales goals and objectives.
Work with the marketing team to ensure collaboration.
Stay up to date with the industry situation and benchmarks.
Stay up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices.
Identify opportunities for new client acquisition.
Monitor competition.
Find prospective customers and new target segments.
Maintaining an extensive database of all properties for sale.
Respect real estate laws and have thorough understanding of finance, mortgages, and related government protocol.

Qualifications:

2 or more years experience in an Architecture and Interior Design or similar role in off plan and secondary
Understanding of sales process, preferably with customer service experience\xc2\xb7 Commitment to providing excellent, honest, and sincere customer service
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Team player
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
