Job Description

The role of a Marketing Manager is to plan, develop, and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth for the company. Marketing Managers play a crucial role in shaping the company\'s image, increasing market share, and ensuring that marketing efforts align with the overall business goals.
  • Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to product adoption and retention
  • Managing marketing budgets
  • Build relationships with media and stakeholders through creative PR strategies
  • Monitor all marketing campaigns and metrics and improve them when necessary
  • Prioritise marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the SLT
  • Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth
  • Provide guidance and ideas to organize effective marketing events
  • Forecast hiring needs for the Marketing department
  • Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of the company\xe2\x80\x99s objectives
  • Track competitors\xe2\x80\x99 activities.

Educational Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
