Job Description

\xc2\xb7 Supports efforts to increase the product and service usage through marketing efforts for all Qanawat Group. \xc2\xb7 Participate in the development, production and distribution of marketing and sales materials. \xc2\xb7 Provides monthly reports on growth, trends, tracking results and analytics. \xc2\xb7 Provides recommendations and supports CEO in the development of both short and long-term marketing plans. Communications \xc2\xb7 Create an overall messaging strategy for online communication tools including the website, and official social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn) \xc2\xb7 Monitor the impact of communications activities by analyzing website, social media and survey metrics. \xc2\xb7 Produce, deploy and maintain a range of digital corporate communications content, including but not limited to, corporate web sites, social media platforms, email campaigns and online advertising. \xc2\xb7 Ensure consistent voice and tone for all websites and web content Branding \xc2\xb7 Manage the Qanawat brand and its sub company brands internally and externally through a variety of initiatives that includes an implementation of the new brand positioning among all constituencies. \xc2\xb7 Serve as the brand resource for internal employees by providing training on the brand positioning, style guide, and communications materials review to ensure consistency in tone, messaging and graphic identity \xc2\xb7 Oversee web content and content strategy for each sub brand, service line, location and their respective \xe2\x80\x9cfranchises\xe2\x80\x9d. \xc2\xb7 Recommend unique and compelling ways to use digital capabilities to enhance story-telling and share content across all digital platforms, and the technologies necessary to present the content to the consumer Marketing \xc2\xb7 Design and implement advertising campaigns, as needed \xc2\xb7 Work with the Marketing team to support the execution of marketing programs and campaigns with targeted content for vehicles including social media, direct mail, email, and events, and PR to drive revenue with existing customers as well as prospects \xc2\xb7 Support Sales team activities by identifying, prioritizing, and delivering new marketing communication deliverables Internal \xc2\xb7 Serve internal clients such as Marketing, Human Resources and other outward-facing departments to ensure corporate communications activities support product marketing, talent recruitment, etc. \xc2\xb7 Partner and collaborate with IT department on implementation and upgrades. \xc2\xb7 Liaise with external technology partners. \xc2\xb7 Support day-to-day intranet and external websites publishing activities. \xc2\xb7 Provide recommendations and contribute to the ongoing development of Qanawat\xe2\x80\x99s internet Job-Specific Competencies required to successfully perform the job \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Music, Marketing or any related field. \xc2\xb7 Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in digital communications, music industry and the internet with particular focus on designing, composing and editing material for social media and other types of media. \xc2\xb7 Candidates should have working knowledge of the blogosphere and display knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios. In addition, qualified candidates should possess understanding of digital marketing analytics, benchmarking and ongoing measurement. \xc2\xb7 Strong project management and communication skills, and a successful track record of managing multiple projects concurrently. \xc2\xb7 An entrepreneurial approach; a strong ability to conceive of and implement new initiatives and systems \xc2\xb7 Exceptional verbal, organizational and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of CMS/email marketing platforms required \xc2\xb7 Experience with SEO, SEM and Google Analytics \xc2\xb7 Proactive: Takes initiative to bring forward new ideas to improve processes and programs resourceful and excellent follow-through \xc2\xb7 Superior editing, proofreading and writing skills; capable of creating effective messaging in a variety of platforms \xc2\xb7 Able to identify and choose the right voice and tone for different consumer audience \xc2\xb7 Experience in video creation and editing. .
