Job Summary: Looking for a Marketing Manager in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
Promote the company\'s existing brands and introduce new products to the market
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company products/services, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment
Provide guidance and direction to team members, ensuring their efforts align with the overall marketing strategy
Work with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives
Evaluate market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities
Monitor and optimize campaign performance, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance effectiveness
Plan, implement, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across various channels such as digital, social media, email, content, and traditional advertising
Create compelling and persuasive marketing content that resonates with the target audience
Maintain and enhance the company\'s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing touchpoints
Develop and enforce brand guidelines to ensure a unified and compelling brand image
Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to initiatives that deliver the highest ROI
Introduce new and creative ideas that elevate the brand and drive customer engagement
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends, using insights to refine marketing strategies
Stay up-to-date with emerging marketing trends, technologies, and tools to continually innovate and enhance the company\'s marketing strategies
Assist in recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives
Maintain relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities
Conduct any other related tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
Possess a Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
At least 3+ years of experience in marketing or sales
Strong understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing
Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills
Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and leading marketing teams
Knowledge of data analysis and report writing required
Ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures
Should be able to work under pressure
Must be familiar with various marketing channels, including digital, social media, content, as well as traditional advertising
Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems
Good written and verbal communication skills
Must have a results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes
