Job Summary: Looking for a Marketing Manager in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
  • Promote the company\'s existing brands and introduce new products to the market
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company products/services, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment
  • Provide guidance and direction to team members, ensuring their efforts align with the overall marketing strategy
  • Work with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives
  • Evaluate market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance effectiveness
  • Plan, implement, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across various channels such as digital, social media, email, content, and traditional advertising
  • Create compelling and persuasive marketing content that resonates with the target audience
  • Maintain and enhance the company\'s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing touchpoints
  • Develop and enforce brand guidelines to ensure a unified and compelling brand image
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to initiatives that deliver the highest ROI
  • Introduce new and creative ideas that elevate the brand and drive customer engagement
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends, using insights to refine marketing strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging marketing trends, technologies, and tools to continually innovate and enhance the company\'s marketing strategies
  • Assist in recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives
  • Maintain relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities
  • Conduct any other related tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • Possess a Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 3+ years of experience in marketing or sales
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and leading marketing teams
  • Knowledge of data analysis and report writing required
  • Ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures
  • Should be able to work under pressure
  • Must be familiar with various marketing channels, including digital, social media, content, as well as traditional advertising
  • Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have a results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes
