We are currently seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to join our team at the bar. This position requires a candidate who can work independently, possesses analytical thinking, and has a deep understanding of advertising and marketing. Primary Responsibilities: Advertising Design: The candidate will be responsible for designing and creating captivating and brand-appropriate advertising visuals for the bar. Marketing Strategy: Establish and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for the bar, including defining goals, target audience, and advertising and marketing activities. Social Media Marketing: Manage and develop marketing campaigns on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn to enhance reach and engagement with customers. Automated Messaging Tools: Implement automated messaging tools such as email marketing, chatbots, and SMS to create effective marketing campaigns and interact with customers. Customer Data Collection for Remarketing: Build and manage a customer data collection system to be used in remarketing campaigns, enhancing customer interaction and achieving higher marketing effectiveness. Job Requirements: Experience in marketing, particularly in the entertainment, bar, or restaurant industry, is advantageous. Proficiency in advertising design, graphic design, and photo editing tools. Knowledge of online marketing methods and strategies. Strong data management and analysis skills to make informed decisions and improve marketing campaigns. Familiarity with social media platforms and the ability to create creative and engaging content. Excellent writing and communication skills. Additional Requirements: Proficiency in using social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc., to drive customer engagement. Proficiency in written and spoken English with the ability to ensure accuracy and effectiveness in content creation and advertising. Basic knowledge of Mandarin Chinese is preferred to interact and reach out to Chinese customers. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED7,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
