Our client is currently are looking for a superstar Marketing Manager to join their team and lead all aspects of Brand, Communications and Digital Marketing.
Role Responsibilities:
Drive customer acquisition and brand consideration through digital marketing channels, always ensuring that business goals are met.
Develop creative ideas for online content
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies, utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
Lead, direct and motivate and measure a team of Digital Marketing and Brand Professionals
Work with the Performance marketing agency to develop and optimize marketing campaigns.
Conduct customer and competitive research strategy and programs, as well as provide insight on short and long term market trends and reports
Lead all the creative development for marketing materials and brand design elements, including concept development, creative direction, and tactical executions
Ensure brand and content strategy and experiences can live native to relevant mediums, spanning all digital channels, including direct response, display, video, search, email, social and mobile marketing
Work with the PR marketing agency providing imagery and content briefs
Candidate Requirements:
5 years experience in an F&B or Hospitality
You have previously built brands that people love, across cross-channel marketing campaigns that you designed, implemented and evaluated
Strong problem solving skills
Ability to clearly show previous examples of creative thinking with data driven mindset
Strong verbal and written communication
You have a proactive work ethic and a do-er
Strong presentation skills and a fantastic communicator
Fluent in English communication, additional languages a bonus
