\xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfWe are seeking an innovative marketing manager to promote our company\'s brand and services. In this role, the candidate will be optimizing marketing strategies, managing the marketing department\'s budget and staff.
To ensure success, you will need extensive knowledge of marketing strategies and the ability to identify new business leads. An outstanding marketing manager will be someone whose expertise translates into increased brand awareness and profitability. Hands on experience from GCC retail market and negotiations with hyper markets is required.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies
- Analyzing market trends and competitors.
- To lead the new product deployment process.
- Increasing brand awareness and market share.
- Coordinating marketing strategies with sales and finance.
- Developing and managing the marketing department\'s budget.
- Responsible for branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
- Managing the marketing department\'s staff.
- Promoting our brand and products at trade shows and major industry-related events.

- \xef\xbb\xbfBachelor\'s degree in marketing or business administration is a firm requirement.
- A master\'s degree in a relevant field will be a plus.
- At least five years\' experience as a marketing manager in the food industry.
- Experience in e-commerce, ERP implementation, CRM software, and SEO.
- Extensive knowledge of retailing in UAE and the rest of GCC area.
- Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities. exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Fluency in Russian languange is a plus
