Job Title: Marketing Manager Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Job Overview: The Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of marketing strategies and plans to promote the company\'s products and services. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans to achieve business objectives Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns Manage the company\'s website and social media accounts to drive traffic and engagement Develop and manage marketing budgets, including tracking and reporting on ROI Manage relationships with external vendors, such as advertising agencies and graphic designers Create and oversee the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve marketing efforts Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a management role Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software tools Experience with digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and SEO/SEM Familiarity with CRM software and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
