DESCRIPTION
EPAM is looking for a creative, driven and collaborative individual to join our UAE team as a Marketing Manager. You will collaborate with colleagues to create and drive disruptive demand generating marketing campaigns throughout MENA. You will have excellent end-to-end campaign management, project management and event management experience coupled with strong content writing skills.
You will work closely with colleagues across the globe, specifically focusing on the MENA region across multiple verticals and technology partners to promote the EPAM brand and drive results.

WHAT YOU\xe2\x80\x99LL DO
Support regional stakeholders with marketing activity in the UAE region, including local campaigns, events and PR
Think and plan strategically about GTM and brand opportunity through liaising with key stakeholders and Partner contacts
Work with Sales and Alliances teams to execute partner-centric marketing strategies to drive joint business development
Manage the creation, implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns
Brief and oversee the work of internal and external agencies, such as designers, and copywriters
Work within a budget and report any overspend
Ensure that the EPAM\xe2\x80\x99s brand and identity is adhered to in all material and communications
Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web/social analysis and evaluation of KPIs
Maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns
Ensure accuracy of marketing materials and provide formal sign off if necessary
WHAT YOU HAVE
5+ years of proven experience in planning and management of end-to-end B2B campaigns
A professional marketing qualification is preferred
Excellent written English with proven experience in a business context
Knowledge of tools and frameworks utilized in marketing planning
Experience with common platforms for campaign tracking, analytics, marketing automation and segmentation
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
A proactive \xe2\x80\x98can-do\xe2\x80\x99 attitude, demonstrating flexibility and resourcefulness
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and challenging environment, whilst maintaining attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to form productive working relationships across geographies
