We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our real estate development company based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies for real estate projects. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading our marketing team to create and execute innovative marketing campaigns that drive sales, build brand awareness and enhance customer engagement. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for real estate projects in Dubai
- Lead the marketing team in creating compelling content for marketing collateral, social media, website, and advertising campaigns
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate and nurture leads, and drive sales growth
- Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitors to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly
- Manage budgets, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports on marketing activities
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with company brand guidelines and standards
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners
- Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field is a plus
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing within the real estate industry, preferably in Dubai
- Strong understanding of real estate market trends and customer behavior
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Experience in managing a team and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient in digital marketing tools, analytics, and reporting
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
