Job Summary: The Marketing Manager for a Real Estate Company is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the company\xe2\x80\x99s services, brand, and properties to potential customers. They will work closely with the sales team, property managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the company\xe2\x80\x99s marketing efforts align with its business objectives and contribute to the growth and success of the company. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote the company\xe2\x80\x99s services, properties, and brand, including online and offline marketing tactics such as social media, email marketing, advertising, events, and PR.
  • Conduct market research: Conduct market research to identify target audiences, analyze competition, and identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Manage marketing budget: Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively, ensuring that all marketing activities are cost-effective and generate a positive return on investment.
  • Content creation: Develop and create compelling marketing content, including copywriting, graphics, videos, and other materials to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other departments: Work closely with other departments such as sales, property management, and finance to ensure that marketing efforts align with business objectives and contribute to the company\xe2\x80\x99s growth and success.
  • Manage external vendors: Manage relationships with external vendors such as advertising agencies, printers, and event organizers, ensuring that they deliver high-quality services that meet the company\xe2\x80\x99s standards and requirements.
  • Measure and analyze performance: Monitor and track the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, using data and analytics to evaluate their effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles and tactics, including online and offline marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments and external vendors.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data and analytics to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience with marketing automation and analytics tools such as Hubspot, Google Analytics, and Salesforce is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: From AED6,000.00 per month
