About the role: To plan and implement the company\xe2\x80\x99s marketing strategy for the future growth of the business. To define long term strategic goals, identify business opportunities with overall responsibility for the organisations marketing activities. Overseeing the development and delivery of a fully integrated marketing strategy. About you: We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a senior marketer who is an excellent communicator with a minimum of 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a business-to-business environment. strategic thinker, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be well versed in leading the design and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns. You have a proven track record in digital marketing and social media and previous experience in overseeing the design of marketing collateral, website build and management. Excellent copywriting skills are essential, whilst some graphic design experience is preferred. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be highly organised, have a keen eye for detail and the determination to produce results in a varied, dynamic and pressurised work environment. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be proactive, action-oriented, resourceful and be able to take a project from start to completion. Your main responsibilities will include:
Develop and execute the overall Marketing calendar, with a key focus on client engagement and lead generation
Take ownership of our brand, ensuring our messaging and strategy is consistent and credible.
Creation of social media strategy and content plans
Management of the company Social Media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Instagram, etc.
Email marketing campaigns and maintenance of email databases
Design, layout and distribution of internal and external monthly newsletters
Development of offline marketing activities
Effective internal communications
Creation of marketing literature, including special offers, promotions, catalogues and brochure
Support the commercial functions with branded sales and industry event content
Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and industry trends
Copywriting and proof reading of marketing materials
Management of trade conventions, exhibitions and seminars
Requirements Key skills:
5+ years of successful B2B marketing experience
Proven track record of success in senior marketing role
Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation
Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services and position them against competitors
Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
