Our client, a Beauty and Wellness Medical Center based in Dubai, is currently looking for a Marketing Manager. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer of the Group, the Marketing Manager has the overall responsibility for the design, implementation, communication, cost efficiency and administration of the corporate marketing philosophy and products in support of the business strategy. This includes expertise in delivery of all Product Management from development, implementation, and life cycle around risk appropriate profitability. The other disciplines within marketing are Promotion, Advertising and Reporting. Performs ongoing critical assessment of competitive and market forces in order to develop and influence multiple stakeholders in the corporation regarding the clinic and promotion strategies.Other responsibilities includes:Drive risk appropriate revenue and profitability objectives through strategic planning, research and ability to initiate new revenue opportunities and products in existing markets through innovative approaches, ideas, service segmentation and customer experience.Protect the exclusive value of the current customer experience and create new ways to add value to current customers and attract prospective customers, particularly in scalable ways, such as leveraging technology and connection with others in the community.Leverage agency relationships to optimize exposure of the company and products in all media channels through innovative marketing.Be a credible, articulate company spokesperson and ensure effective multi-modal communication to engage in external communities with regards to the company's products.Understand distinct needs of internal stakeholders including consumer, commercial and wealth management.Ability to interface with IT and Operations to ensure execution of ideas.Attend to, manage and resolve patient complaints to the satisfaction of all parties involved.Actively participate in JCI accreditation project or any audits.Ensure compliance with government regulatory agencies and accrediting bodies.Develop new business strategies to enhance market share and improve overall performance.Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein, as may be assigned or delegated.Oversee all marketing campaigns for the company or departmentImplement strategies for the effective marketing to promote the business or serviceEnsure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing onesRepresent the marketing team to cross-functional groups including product management, sales, or customer supportUpdating senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaignsImplementing marketing strategies that meet overall organizational goalsAssessing strategic partnership opportunities for marketing initiativesOverseeing the marketing department's individual projectsLiaising between the marketing department and upper leadershipEvaluating the effectiveness of old marketing programs and the viability of new ones.Work through the management team and medical leadership of the organization, serving as a resource to help reduce costs, enhance revenues, achieve effective utilization and quality goals and objectives, analyze and utilize information to develop and support management decisions.RequirementsTo be considered for this opportunity, you need to meet the following criteria:Bachelor's degree holder in similar fieldPreferably someone with Master's degree in a similar fieldMinimum experience of 5 years from a healthcare or aesthetic clinic environment preferably from within the UAE/GCC.With specific focus on strategic communications, design, branding coordination and familiarity with social media platforms.Strong verbal and written skills in English and preferably Arabic.Willing to be based in DubaiTo view other vacancies we have, please check our website () and follow us on our social media accounts - ///
