Design and execute marketing-business strategies and proposals that focus on the targeted audience.
Formulate marketing campaign plans, budgets, and strategies; and implement them to achieve proposed business goals.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Increase lead generations from all the portals (Dubizzle, Bayut, and Property finder)
Lead management ensures that all leads are located to agents on time
Build and execute online campaigns (e-mail campaigns, social media, Google ads) and perform regular performance reviews across all digital platforms.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns (ROI and KPIs) on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly marketing progress, digital innovations, and business enhancement ideas.
Manage the marketing team, and budget, and ensure all marketing programs are successful, metrics-driven, and goal-oriented.
Design, implement and track results of the marketing and lead generation campaigns
Design, build and maintain our social media presence on the platforms
Work closely with the sales team and understand their requirements.
Required skills Degree in marketing or a related field Proven working experience in digital marketing in Real Estate Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels Solid knowledge of website analytics tools Working knowledge of ad serving tools Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to AED25,000.00 per month Experience:
