Job Description
- Design and execute marketing-business strategies and proposals that focus on the targeted audience.
- Formulate marketing campaign plans, budgets, and strategies; and implement them to achieve proposed business goals.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Increase lead generations from all the portals (Dubizzle, Bayut, and Property finder)
- Lead management ensures that all leads are located to agents on time
- Build and execute online campaigns (e-mail campaigns, social media, Google ads) and perform regular performance reviews across all digital platforms.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns (ROI and KPIs) on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly marketing progress, digital innovations, and business enhancement ideas.
- Manage the marketing team, and budget, and ensure all marketing programs are successful, metrics-driven, and goal-oriented.
- Design, implement and track results of the marketing and lead generation campaigns
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence on the platforms
- Work closely with the sales team and understand their requirements.
- Digital Marketing: 4 years (Preferred)
