Responsibilities Must Experience in Facilities management / cleaning company

Build relationships with prospective clients.
Follow up with potential clients over calls and emails.
Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
Manage sales pipeline.
Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and attend meetings.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
Increasing the engagement of current clients while attracting new ones.
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any field
3 - 6 years of relevant experience
Must Experience in Facilities management / cleaning company
Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media
